The ECOMotion box combines economic efficiency, ecological sustainability and ergonomic comfort in one innovative product. It is equipped with easy2divide dividers that can be fitted and removed quickly. In compliance with FM-Global and VdS standards, it comes with water drainage holes to allow water to drain away if fire sprinkler systems are used. The drainage holes are concealed. The tote is made from standard PP recycled material to significantly reduce the CO₂ footprint. From the ergonomic point of view, the ECOMotion impresses with super-quiet handling in automated systems which significantly improves workplace conditions. Manual handling is also made easier thanks to its low weight.

Sprinkler systems are commonly used to control the spread of fire. For this reason, BITOBOX ECOMotion totes have concealed water drainage holes in compliance with FM Global and VdS standards to improve safety in case of a fire.

ECOMotion totes from BITO have been designed with a flat-surfaced double base and a non-textured outer tread for quiet handling on conveyors to improve workplace ergonomics. Their low weight facilitates manual handling and contributes to efficiency. The EC Directive 2003/10 EC and the national Noise and Vibration Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance specify limits of noise exposure. Accordingly, disturbing and hearing-damaging noises must be kept to a minimum using state-of-the-art technology.

Large internal volume
Absolutely vertical sides and a larger footprint than usual make for an unusually large usable tote volume. The ECOMotion box is also available with cup handles, allowing the internal capacity to be utilised more effectively. The totes are available in two base dimensions (599 x 399 mm and 649 x 449 mm) and various height options.
