Our customer
X-Comics is a renowned comic book retailer with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. The company specialises in a wide range of German and English-language comics as well as manga series and also offers monthly subscriptions. Apart from storing comic books, the company also produces comics accessories.
X-Comics has a diversified merchandise department to market a large selection of products such as action figures, statues, Funko POP! figures, clothing, posters and card games (e.g. Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon).
The company is headquartered in Saarlouis. In addition to their mail order business, X-Comics also runs seven well-stocked shops.
Initial situation and customer requirements
- Immense growth had caused chaotic storage conditions.
- A newly constructed warehouse of approx. 2,065 m² had to be furnished.
- The customer needed an all-in-one flexible system that would allow X-Comics to realise new ideas and allow expansion.
