C-item shelf bins come with many useful features
BITO CTB bins for small parts are perfectly adapted to standard shelf dimensions and at the same time enable a good overview of your parts such as screws, nuts, washers, rings, fasteners etc. C-item bins allow picking from the top as well as from the front. For front picking, the box stays on the shelf. Items are picked through the pick opening or by sliding down the viewing window that closes the pick opening. In-box feeder panels separate items from the bulk and prevent them from spilling out. For top picking, the bin is pulled forward. A safety bar tilts up and fixes the bin between the shelf level it sits on and the shelf level above. CTB bins are fitted with a Kanban label card on the rear as well as on the cross dividers to clearly identify stocked items.
Eco-friendly version made from sunflower compound
CTB bins for C-items are available in two materials, from recyclable polypropylene (PP) in blue and from eco-friendly Sunflower Compound (SFC) in grey. SFC is a new sustainable material made from PP and fibres from sunflower seed husks. Until now, this waste product from the food industry has not been used. SFC reduces the CO₂ footprint of the bins and saves energy during production.
