ISUZU is the oldest Japanese vehicle manufacturer. This company also produces most of the diesel engines in the world. So they have a very large product range.
What did Isuzu need?
A storage system that would utilize the entire storage space.
A flexibly adaptable warehouse to a changing and growing product range.
Faster handling when feeding and unloading materials via pallets.
Warehouse suitable for slow movers to medium movers.
How did we solve it?
Isuzu Belgium had a semi-high bay warehouse. Then you have to use the full warehouse height.
We used continuous shelving, with mezzanine floors in the corridors. In this way we handled the material efficiently.
